Located on a sprawling 130+ acres, the Mansion at Fontanel is only part of the full Fontanel Experience. Coming in the Spring of 2010, the Fontanel Mansion property will be open daily for museum tours and activities for the entire family.
Unlike anywhere else in Nashville, the Woods at Fontanel is an outdoor music venue with a capacity for 2500 guests. Featuring state-of-the-art sound and a cozy wooded setting, the natural amphitheatre space of the White's Creek valley will be the must-see (and must-hear!) venue of the South. Fully equipped with climate-controlled restroom facilities, the Woods at Fontanel will also be available for corporate picnics and events. A 140-seat full-service restaurant will feature home-cooked southern food, much of which come straight out of the farms of White's Creek and the Fontanel area. Daily specials will highlight seasonal flavors and favorites, while offering a complete menu that the whole gang can enjoy.  Taking full advantage of the beautiful meadow and woods of the Fontanel Mansion, the Trails at Fontanel will offer a relaxing, scenic trail for horseback riding, hiking or mountain bike rides. Free to the public, the Trails will be open daily for those wanting to get in a morning run or afternoon ride, but will be available on the weekends for visitors wanting to sit back and let the horses do the work while they take in the sights of Fontanel.
