Café Fontanella by Amico's, Nashville's most unique and authentic Italian dining experience is just minutes from downtown Nashville in Whites Creek, TN. The Italian kitchen and wine bar on the property of Fontanel Mansion, is run by Anthony Amico, who also owns the perennially-popular Amico's New York Pizza & Italian Restaurant in Nolensville, TN.

The former Farm House Restaurant at Fontanel has been transformed and completely remodeled with a full-service bar, an open-style New York pizza kitchen and a large stage to accommodate a host of singing servers and local Nashville artists. Café Fontanella approaches traditional Italian-American dishes with a unique and fun twist featuring fresh seafood, beef, poultry, hand-made pasta, salads and more. The superior ingredients are the building blocks of inspiration, and the plates are crafted to please both the palate and the eye. The recipes for Café Fontanella's dishes originally came to the states in the 1970s when Chef Anthony Amico moved from Sicily with his family.

"We're excited about bringing authentic Italian food to Nashville," said Amico. "This food is as fresh and as simple as the food my parents made when they lived in Sicily, and this beautiful country setting reminds me of the trips I used to take back there to visit my grandparents."

The full-service bar will likely be a destination of its own. Top-notch bartenders have the best wines and spirits available at their fingertips, and sports fans can catch the game on the flat screen televisions. Patrons can drop in before or after touring Fontanel Mansion, a concert at The Woods Amphitheater at Fontanel or a free round of disc golf at The Course at Fontanel.
